We provide tax accounting, bookkeeping, general business accounting, outsourced CFO services, and advisory services.  We build partnerships with dentists and small businesses to provide accounting services that allow them to make the best financial decisions for their businesses.

On Time Specialists was founded by Christopher Koehl, CPA and is based out of Covington, Louisiana.  One of the drivers was the desire to provide more personalized and individualized services to clients that couldn’t be provided at a traditional accounting firm.  On Time Specialists specializes in accounting services for dental practices for example.  On Time specialists works with all kinds of small businesses as well.

We wanted to be able to provide accounting services without outsourcing the work overseas. We want our CPAs to have a direct line to our clients for the most effective communication.  We like educating our clients on what we are doing so they can better understand accounting.
